About the City

Dalma Humanitarian City is a Saudi non-profit organization with a developmental and strategic focus. It is dedicated to building a leading and integrated system for the care, education, rehabilitation, and empowerment of people with disabilities, according to the highest national and international standards. The city is located in the Al-Jouf region, in the city of Sakaka, on an area of 45,000 square meters.

The city embodies one of the innovative models in supporting the objectives of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, by empowering the most vulnerable groups, localizing best global practices, and enhancing quality of life and social inclusion

It also strives to be a leading humanitarian model in the Kingdom and the Arab region by providing comprehensive specialized services covering all types of disabilities and all age groups in a carefully designed environment that respects dignity, inclusion, and independence, and establishes an institutional culture based on empowerment, excellence, and sustainability.
